με την εγγραφή μου στο Cyprus Dog Run και εφόσον συμμετέχω με σκύλο, δηλώνω ότι ο σκύλος μου βρίσκεται σε κατάλληλη κατάσταση υγείας για να λάβει μέρος.

Αναλαμβάνω την πλήρη ευθύνη για την ασφάλεια, την επίβλεψη και τη συμπεριφορά του καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διοργάνωσης. Κατανοώ ότι η υγεία και η ευημερία του σκύλου μου αποτελούν απόλυτη προτεραιότητα και δεσμεύομαι να διακόψω άμεσα τη συμμετοχή του εάν παρουσιάσει σημάδια κόπωσης, δυσφορίας ή αδιαθεσίας.

Επίσης, συμφωνώ να ακολουθώ τις οδηγίες των διοργανωτών και του κτηνιατρικού προσωπικού της διοργάνωσης.

by registering for the Cyprus Dog Run, and if participating with a dog, I confirm that my dog is in suitable health to take part.

I accept full responsibility for my dog’s safety, supervision, and behaviour throughout the event.

I understand that my dog’s health and welfare are the highest priority, and I agree to stop immediately if my dog shows any signs of fatigue, discomfort, or illness.

I also agree to follow all instructions provided by the event organisers and the event’s veterinary team. *
